Leverage Lab is an 8-week guided group program for established founders, freelancers, and service providers who are done doing everything manually. You learn practical applications of agentic AI and automations with built-in AI, and leave with a business second brain, and at least 1 AI system that runs inside your business. Plus an understanding of how to build beyond what you create in the cohort, and how to improve your agentic support over time through self-learning loops and AI training best practices.
Phase 1 — Foundations (Weeks 1–4)
- Build your Business Second Brain. This creates one central hub AI can draw from for you and any team members.
- Configure Claude to take action inside your workspaces with the relevant connectors.
- Build your messaging library so AI outputs sound like your brand, not a robot.
- Audit your business, diagnose your systems, and choose the exact system you'll build in Phase 2.
Phase 2 — Build (Weeks 5–8)
- Map your system architecture, including any required connectors, custom MCPs, skills, and SOPs.
- Build the first working version of your system’s skills, and learn how to manually trigger these for testing in Claude Chat desktop UI.
- Refine your skills with self-evaluations, human in the loop checkpoints, and learn how to schedule these based on automated triggers, or conditions in Claude Cowork and Claude Code desktop UI.
- Debrief and plan next steps before wrap-up, so you’re clear on exactly what to do to improve your agentic support over time.
What's included:
- 3 live workshop sessions + 3 drop-in Q&As (typically between 1 - 6pm Pacific time to accommodate global time zones)
- Private Slack community for async support M-F, excluding holidays
- Access to the Client Resource Library (Billie AI, Skeptical Sally, Business Second Brain Notion template)
- All recordings and transcripts shared
- Light doc reviews, including but not limited to:
- Messaging playbook review
- Business second brain review
- System diagnostic audit
- AI system plan review
- 2–4 hours/week commitment
Tech platforms used:
- Templates provided are typically hosted in Notion and Google Drive, although the principals learned can be applied to any project management software.
- Agentic support recommended is via Claude desktop UI, including Claude Cowork and Claude Code, although system setup is recommended with platform-agnostic use cases in mind. If Anthropic / Claude goes down tomorrow and you follow all suggestions, you can plug in your setup to another AI platform.

Testimonials and case studies shared in connection with Leverage Lab reflect individual experiences and are not a promise or guarantee of the same results for any Participant.
4. Payment & Fees
Full payment (or the first installment of a payment plan, if offered) is due at time of enrollment. Specific pricing, payment plan options, and due dates are outlined at checkout.
In the event of a late or failed payment, the Contractor reserves the right to suspend or revoke access to program materials and community platforms until payment is received. A late fee of 1.5% per week may apply to overdue balances.
5. Refund Policy
Due to the digital and immediately-accessible nature of program materials, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once access to program content or community platforms has been granted, except where required by applicable law.
If you have questions about refunds before enrolling, please contact jill@itsjillwise.com prior to purchase.
6. Intellectual Property
All program materials, frameworks, templates, recordings, and content provided within Leverage Lab are the sole and exclusive property of the Contractor. Participants are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use materials for their own business purposes during and after the program.
Participants may not reproduce, distribute, resell, share login credentials, or repurpose program materials in any form without the prior written consent of the Contractor. Violation of this clause may result in immediate removal from the program without refund.
7. Confidentiality
Program participants may share business information, strategies, and personal context within the Leverage Lab community. Participants agree to keep the content of group sessions and community discussions confidential and not to share other participants' information outside the program without explicit consent.

9. Cancellation & Removal
The Contractor reserves the right to remove any Participant from the program at any time for conduct that is disruptive, harassing, disrespectful, or otherwise inconsistent with maintaining a positive group environment. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
Participants who wish to cancel their enrollment after access has been granted are not entitled to a refund under Section 5 of this Agreement.
10. Appropriate Conduct
Participants agree to engage with the Contractor, guest speakers, and fellow participants in a professional and respectful manner. Harassment, hate speech, or disrespectful conduct of any kind will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the program.
11. Artificial Intelligence
The Contractor may use artificial intelligence tools and technologies as part of program delivery, content creation, and internal workflows. Use of AI tools does not affect the quality or ownership of any deliverables or educational content shared within the program.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Contractor's total liability to any Participant for any claims arising out of or related to this Agreement or the program shall not exceed the total amount paid by that Participant for the program. The Contractor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
13. Indemnification
Participants agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Contractor and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from the Participant's use of program materials, participation in the program, or breach of these Terms.
14. Force Majeure
The Contractor shall not be liable for delays or failures in program delivery resulting from circumstances beyond reasonable control, including illness, technical failures, acts of God, pandemics, or government actions. In such cases, the Contractor will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or provide equivalent programming.
15. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the applicable federal laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with those laws.
16. Communication Standards
The Contractor is committed to maintaining clear, professional communication throughout the program. The following standards apply:
General questions and messages submitted via the program community or designated communication channel will receive a response within 2 business days. Business hours are Monday through Thursday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM and Friday 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM Pacific Time, excluding Canadian statutory holidays unless otherwise noted.
Feedback on homework submissions, assignments, or other feedback requests will be provided within 7 business days of submission. If submissions are not received by the due date within the program, feedback may be forfeit. Feedback will not be provided outside of the cohort dates.
Participants are encouraged to use the group community as the primary channel for program-related questions, as responses there benefit all members. Direct messages outside the designated channel are not guaranteed a response within the timelines above. Direct messages are for private and confidential matters only, unless a one-on-one package is purchased.
The Contractor is not available via phone or for real-time support outside of scheduled sessions. Slack community posts are the appropriate channels for async communication.
Communication outside of these channels—including social media DMs—is not considered an official program communication channel and response times cannot be guaranteed. While communication is welcome for unrelated matters via social media and other channels, all communications about the program through unofficial channels will not be responded to.
17. One-on-One Consulting Add-On
If a Participant has purchased a one-on-one consulting add-on as part of their Leverage Lab enrollment tier, the following terms apply in addition to the group program terms above:
One-on-one consulting sessions are governed by the same professional standards and expectations that apply to the Contractor's individual consulting engagements, including preparation expectations, session conduct, and scope of advice.
All one-on-one sessions must be booked and completed within the active program timeframe. Sessions not booked before the program end date will be considered forfeit and are not eligible for refund, carryover, or rescheduling beyond the program window.
It is the Participant's responsibility to initiate booking within the program timeframe.A booking link will be provided on enrollment. The Contractor will not chase outstanding bookings.
Session cancellations must be made with at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the session being considered used.
The scope of one-on-one sessions is limited to the subject matter of the Leverage Lab program. Requests for work outside this scope are not included and would be subject to separate engagement and pricing.
18. Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Participant and the Contractor with respect to enrollment in Leverage Lab and supersede any prior representations, discussions, or communications. By checking the acceptance box at checkout, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
