SERVICES
Services purchased online through Jill Wise are final sale and non-refundable. Meetings must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance and within Jill Wise’s office hours unless explicit permission is granted.
Last-minute cancellations and no-shows will not be permitted.
Jill Wise reserves the right to refuse service and refund payments made.
Consulting services rendered do not substitute for therapy, counselling, etc. Customers assume entire responsibility for the outcome of purchased consulting sessions.
FEE CHANGES
Jill Wise reserves the right to change listed fees and packages without notice.
The Biz Bar
ONLINE ORDERS
Given the nature of the product, all online orders are final sale unless explicitly noted. Refunds will not be offered under any circumstances.
AUTHORSHIP CREDIT
When asked, the Customer must properly identify Jill Wise as the service provider or creator of the digital products. The Customer may not seek to mislead others.
LIFETIME ACCESS
"Lifetime access" of The Biz Bar digital products references the lifetime of the product. If a product is discontinued, customers will be given ample notice to download the included resources as needed prior to the closure of the product. Access duration for each product is noted specifically on offer pages.
REDISTRIBUTION
Redistribution will not be permitted under any circumstances, enforceable by law.
