Build your first fully autonomous AI system and the infrastructure to support its growth in 8 weeks.

We build functional business brain first, then design a custom AI system that raises the bar for how your business operates. You leave with something legitimately running—even if you feel overwhelmed and behind, or consider yourself not that techy today.

Now enrolling: August 4 - September 26

A guided group build to integrate AI without the slop, and reclaim space for better.

Leverage Lab

let's party

But it’s not your fault—you’re building without context, direction, or a foundation set up to scale.

You’re scraping together free downloads with YouTube videos, on top of running your business in reactive mode all day. The weight of every viral Instagram post saying Claude killed another industry (or even yours) feels heavier each week. And you don’t know what you don’t know to keep up.

On the other side of the problem, you have a business to run. A growing client list and revenue. But for some reason, the more it grows, the more it relies on you. Your time and effort.

The Notion dashboard you started setting up in January? Collecting dust since February. The Zaps you built last spring? Fired twice and got turned off when they broke. The ChatGPT tab with 147 conversations? You get lost looking at all the things. The AI tools you signed up for? Haven't saved any time.

Yes, you’re probably behind with AI.

AI without the suck

All of the above has only added to the chaos, and you might lose your sh*t because the silly little robots are confused, again.

This is what happens when you try to build a system before the foundation exists, and without anyone showing you what works for many other businesses beyond just yours.

it's not just you, and you can learn.

You copy-paste viral prompts into ChatGPT, then edit the output. You copy-paste again, and get annoyed that it’s still not clocking. You were promised AI would replace the need for a team, but what you got was another overhyped claim that doesn’t really work.

It's not you. Yes, it’s your inputs and approach, but it’s not you, the human trying to make this work.

You're using AI, but it's not saving you much (if any) time.

Hodge podge systems. Hundreds of Google Docs. Abandoned automations. You start things (a lot of things) then get stuck. Every time you try to build the thing that's finally going to work, it doesn't stick… and you add one more thing to the pile feeling guiltier than ever.

You want the next system to be the last you need for a while. The one that finally works.

You've got a graveyard of ideas, and a digital shelf collecting dust.

You wanted a business that would give you your life back. Instead you're sitting on the couch with your laptop late at night, still trying to solve a client problem. Skipping personal self-care to work. You just can't switch off.

You want to be present, but the business won't let you.

You’re here physically, but your mind is stuck on your to-do list.

There’s a better way to operate, and you can integrate AI without losing the things that make your brand so human.

I've been in the game for a decade, and the changes we've seen since 2023 are wild. After countless conversations with founders and freelancers, these challenges keep coming up.

A new tool you apparently need to try, but haven’t given yourself the day to dabble in. A new shiny thing someone is promising will finally fix it. Every time you open Instagram there's another tech platform claiming the last one is dead... if you just commit to another monthly subscription.

Then when you try it, you're still the one holding the whole thing together because it doesn't connect to your existing stack.

Every time you try to solve the problem, there's another subscription.

You’re not new to business: 7, 10, 14 years in... You know that you're capable, and your Stripe records show it. A little voice keeps telling you that you should be father along at this point in your life and career. You still feel the weight of it all not blowing up by now. You know what you’re doing, but don't have the infrastructure underneath it all so you can finally get your glow up.

You wish someone would tell you exactly what to build first, then show you how.

You think you should have it figured out by now.

Wake up, check one dashboard, and see what shipped without you.

Hand an AI agent a messy input like a call transcript, a voice note, or a half-baked idea, and get back something that makes sense.

Run a launch, a client onboarding, a content calendar, a sales follow-up sequence without being the one triggering every step. Or without even being at your desk.

Take time off without the business falling behind, and eventually scale back your working hours if you want to.

Feel fulfilled by your work again because you don’t have to handle the nitty gritty details of everything anymore.

growth gets easy when your business stops running on your sheer grit.

You can build a business that fits real life, and AI can help you do it.

Business is an evolution—your next iteration needs to be scalable to fit your life.

GROW

BUILD

Learning the basics of prompting, and asking ChatGPT or Claude to generate content, answer emails, or help you brainstorm. You talk to AI, ask it to complete a task, edit it and move on… entirely manually. This is where people say AI doesn’t really save them much time, and they give up.

Most people are at Level 1 with AI: asking, editing, copy-pasting, starting over. Leverage Lab moves you to Levels 2 and 3—where your business operations fundamentally change for the better, away from you babysitting your team and the robots and everything else on your list all the time.

there are 3 levels to AI...

Level 1 AI

Setting up automations using tools like Relay or Zapier, that help streamline some work but are still built on logic trees only using AI in as needed. You don’t need to trigger every step anymore, but your AI isn’t completely autonomous yet.

LEvel 2 AI

Agentic systems that reference your business second brain to operate, and are loaded with messaging talk tracks, brand context files, and agentic skills and SOPs, so your agents can take action either on a schedule, or proactively, in the spaces you complete work.

LEvel 3 AI

SCALE

Work that fits your life without seeping into everything else.

A business that runs on structure, not your effort and willpower alone.

The ability to step away from the tools and have the tools still work.

To stop proving to yourself that you can hold it all together, and just… not have to.

And to stop worrying about what happens if your robots don’t do a good job.

what you really want is the ease that comes from AI integration without the risk of sloppy returns.

Because AI can do pretty good at all of the above when you set it up right.

You can’t automate what lives entirely in your head. The first job isn't picking a tool. It's getting everything out in a way that humans and AI can properly use.

If you’re stuck, it’s probably because you’re starting from the wrong place. You tried to build the system before the infrastructure. You got a free download and ended up feeding your AI generic inputs, so you got generic output. You try a new tool without the foundation to plug in, so the graveyard grows.

When you skip the foundations, you’ll keep getting slop.

So we start there, extract all your valuable context to build a second brain for your business, then move onto automating the biggest wins for the biggest ROI asap.

it's an infrastructure problem first.

An 8-week group AI build for founders and freelancers who are done doing everything manually.

This is where you stop spending money on tools and finally build the thing underneath them. Foundations first in the form of a business second brain and operating instructions. Then you can build a custom AI system that runs without you. You leave with something actually working, and a repeatable path to build the next one faster.

Build your first agentic system inside Leverage Lab.

“Jill's email templates saved me AT LEAST 4+ hours when I was putting together all of the canned emails for my automation system in Dubsado. I'm a copywriter, so I was hesitant about using templates to write the emails within my client experience, but here's why I think these templates are so valuable: all I had to do was go through and add my unique voice -- Jill had already built the foundation for me. It would have taken me forever to do that, and I definitely would have forgotten details if I tried to write all my canned emails (there are soo many)

“Even though I’m a copywriter, setting up my Dubsado canned emails was a bit of a slog and I felt like I didn’t know where to begin. Jill’s emails gave me a framework to what I should set up in the back end of Dubsado, as well as a jumping-off point for the tone of voice I wanted to use for my clients.” “Jill is an exceptional person. I love her work and I’ve been using her canned email templates. They are amazing and make my life easier. Thank you Jill.” “Even though I’m a copywriter, setting up my Dubsado canned emails was a bit of a slog and I felt like I didn’t know where to begin. if you can think it, we can build it

— Gage, Leverage Lab Cohort 1

"When I joined this program, I was kind of just scrappy... I'll spend an hour at AI and build some stuff and maybe 10% of it will be functional and helpful. Now I feel like I know what I'm doing. I know what the goal is at the end of a session or a week or whatever the time frame is. And then you achieve it and you're like, 'Oh, that was cool. Now I have this thing that's actually functional.' And I'm so much more organized while I work."

—  Glenn, Leverage Lab Cohort 1

"My biggest takeaway from this program is that there are a lot more things that are conceivable to build than I had initially thought. I spent the better part of this morning doing 3 documents, but that literally would have been probably a week or two of work to get all of those to that level of thoroughness and written properly. My partners are just blown away by like not just what I did but how quickly I did it."

You’ve got 99 problems and no time—here’s how we’ll solve them and reclaim space in your calendar

You've been carrying the whole business in your head and have trouble delegating anything.

You’ll build a Business Second Brain that starts removing you as the bottleneck from Week 1.

Your AI hasn't saved you much (if any) time and feels disconnected from your workflows.

You’ll configure Claude as an agentic team member that can action where you work, not a copy-paste assistant.

Your messaging sounds like everyone else's and anything AI makes gives you the ick.

You’ll create a messaging library with your VOC data, voice, and positioning baked in, so it’s easier to delegate to humans & AI.

You keep buying tools that add to your stack, but none of them talk to each other.

You’ll train agents with skills that function in Claude, but can be platform agnostic and installed into your infrastructure.

You've tried “automations” and they didn't stick or broke.

You’ll leave with a custom-built agentic system for your business that you know how to adjust as needed.

THE RESULTS YOU SEE ARE MOST CLOSELY TIED TO THE EFFORT YOU’RE WILLING TO PUT IN, BUT YOU CAN FAST-TRACK THAT BY GETTING ACCESS TO MY Practical, STEP-BY-STEP PROCESS. This is only what you need to know, not all the extra theory or beginner AI prompting course you can get elsewhere.

Everything above are real systems previous participants have built inside the program. We have a use case database to track successful builds, and we all benefit from sharing ideas.

client use cases

The AI templates sold on Instagram are generic, not designed for your business. And other group programs start with the tech build, not the business, marketing, and messaging context.

I designed Leverage Lab around the foundational work I’ve done with clients for a decade: Your business context and the decision frameworks, messaging and customer insights—all the things that make it yours.

You can’t build a functioning system until we’ve extracted all that information from your head, set AI up to work inside your constraints, and built the messaging library that makes the output sound like your brand.

You’ll leave with a truly agentic system that removes busywork from your plate, so you can focus on better.

I've been doing strategic growth and marketing work for over a decade, and integrating AI into those workflows in more recent years. What you’ll learn isn’t just copy / paste of what works for my business, but for the use cases I’ve helped hundreds of clients with as well.

Personally, I run my business in part-time hours since my first baby was born 4 years ago. Since going all-in with AI, my day to day has changed for the better. These days, instead of stressing about the details, I’ve created capacity to scale up with the limited time I have.

Marketing & business advisor, AI consultant

hey! i’m Jill Wise

I’m big on doing things the right way. We tackle the work that doesn’t sound flashy, but it compounds, so you set up your business to scale long-term. I designed Leverage Lab around the foundational work I've helped clients with since before AI was part of the picture: extract what's in your head, get clear on your positioning and your voice, build the infrastructure that lets any system run without you.

What's different now is that once that foundation exists, your effort gets amplified by AI. My agents get to work after every client call, draft the deliverables, updates the client's Slack, and flags the to-dos all without me. Now I get to focus on more impactful work, like empowering others to turn their knowledge into agentic systems that scale.

Here’s how AI has changed how I work in a way that fits my brain.

Every month, I have at least 1 new client strategy session. These are 2 hours of deep strategic work with a lot of context flying around.

Before AI, that meeting would create 8+ hours of organizational work for me afterwards. Summarise the transcript, pull out the to-dos, draft the playbooks, update the client's Slack channel with their to-dos, send the follow-up.

Now, my agents see the transcript is ready and start processing. They build the project board, assign the right tasks to the right person, and start on some work themselves. They cross-referenced the ideas I present with their intake interview (a separate AI saves 8 hours here), the prep work I already completed, and the existing research. It starts on deliverables following my formats, while simultaneously pulling every to-do for the client.

When I approved the above, my agent updates my client’s to-dos and sends a message in Slack. My project board tracks all this progress as it works, and I don’t even need to be at my desk for it to happen.

My AI replaces days of work, so I focus on higher impact projects.

I prefer to be the big ideas visionary type, and get bogged down by nitty gritty details.

I do errands. Hang out with my kids. Take up new hobbies. Or add extra face to face time with clients to my calendar.

This is what’s possible for you. You can build bigger than 1-off tools. You could have an agentic ecosystem that helps you focus on what you do best. But it only works like this because the infrastructure underneath it was functioning first.

This is for you if you’re tired of doing it manually, and want to focus on what you started your business for instead.

Your AI is only as good as what you give it. Collect the customer data, positioning language, brand strategy, and business context that makes any AI output sound like you, not a robot. This is the most skipped step in every AI workflow, and it's the reason for all the slop you see online.

Week 3:
Build your messaging library

Stop copy-pasting prompts. Configure Claude up to take action inside your workspaces without you babysitting every step. This is the move from Level 1 to Level 2 integration—the shift from "assistant you have to manage" to "agentic team member."

Week 2:
GEt AI to work for you

Extract all the valuable stuff that we call “context” in the world of AI that’s trapped in conversations, scattered docs, and mental tabs that never close. Organize all of it in a single central hub your AI and team can draw from.

Week 1:
Build Your Business Second Brain

Phase 1: Foundational Infrastructure

Build the brain your AI needs to run well before you plug in any agentic system or automation. You probably haven’t done this work quite like this before, even if you think you’ve done something similar. All provided templates are via Notion, but you can replicate these to your platform of choice.

With your foundation functioning, we diagnose your business bottlenecks, and lock in your build target for Phase 2. You’ll get personalized support to audit your business and choose where to start, so you can stop guessing and start making strategic decisions.

Week 4:
Map out your AI system build

Troubleshoot, make changes, and connect all the pieces. Move from "I built a thing" to "the thing works inside my real business.” Get personalized suggestions from Jill & team Wise.

Week 7:
Refine and connect

Hands-on build week with personalized support via the group in Slack. Get the first working version of what you planned up ASAP, so you can learn how to improve from here. Use my frameworks as scaffolding to start, knowing you have time to iterate.

Week 6:
Build The first iteration

Before touching a tool, you plan what you're building. What does the system need to do, in what order, with what inputs and outputs? This is where you avoid building something that looks impressive but doesn't run how you need it to.

Week 5:
Map the architecture you need

Phase 2: AI System Build

Choose your own adventure, install pre-built systems with Claude AI, and get inspired by the group. You can automate more than you realize—seeing what others are building is the real value.

Share what you’ve built, what it replaces, and what’s next for you. You’ll leave with a running system, a clear next move, and a repeatable process for building the next one. Plus the inspo of seeing in the backend of other Lab participants businesses during show and tell.

Week 8:
Launch and lock in

This is an intensive program that requires you to look at your business differently. Expect to dedicate 2-4 hours to Leverage Lab each week, depending on where you’re starting from and the depth of the work that week. Some sessions will be pre-recorded lessons or instructional guides to facilitate self-study learning with live meetings in between.

If you're new to Claude, “skill files” are pre-built specializations, kind of like hiring an expert instead of a generalist.

When you join the Lab, you get access to a library of 8+ skill files. Some are standalone workflow supports, while others are the foundation of multi-agentic systems.

ADmin Specialty Skills

Call Extract: Reads a call transcript and pushes every commitment, decision, and action item directly to your task tracker so nothing gets dropped.

SOP on Demand: Documents any system or workflow you just built into a clean, reusable SOP and files it automatically.

Daily Brief: Gives you a focused morning summary of your day: what's on the calendar, what tasks need attention, and one clear priority to start with.

Weekly Health Check: Reviews your business vitals once a week and gives a plain-language briefing on what needs attention now versus what can wait.

Messaging & Content Skills

VOC Extractor: Pulls verbatim quotes and messaging patterns from customer transcripts, surveys, and reviews into a structured research vault.

Skeptical Sally: Reviews your marketing copy through the eyes of a cautious buyer and tells you exactly what to sharpen — no rewriting, just buyer-psych lens feedback.

Weekly Content Planner: Takes your weekly focus in one sentence and builds a full content plan with hooks and formats ready to execute or hand off.

Sales & Marketing skills

Proposal Builder: Generates a branded HTML proposal from a call transcript and your scope notes—ready to share or print to PDF. Based on a proposal template that lands 5-figure deals.

Daily Sales Agent: Checks your pipeline, calendar, inbox, and task list each morning and tells you exactly what your one sales action is today.

BONUS: Marketing OS — $297 Value

A full content and marketing multi-agentic system that plans, drafts, and files content across all your platforms using slash commands.

A full library of custom skills for marketing, client work, systems builds, and more. Yours to install, customise, and run with.

How many people are in each cohort?

What tech platforms do I need for this?

Does Leverage Lab include 1:1 time or will you build for me?

Done-for-you and private support is not included in the general lab participation. However, upgraded support options may be available at the checkout, pending availability. No 1:1 call times are included in general access unless otherwise noted.

We build your AI skills, systems, and agents primarily via Claude AI (Anthropic). The free tier works at first, but Pro is requierd to run truly autonomous agents. Some previous participants chose to build with other platforms following the foundational instructions provided.

I recommend building your business brain in a project management tool like Notion or Clickup, and provide templates for Notion. You’re welcome to choose an alternative, and can have your AI help you build your perfect business brain. If you’re already using something else, stick with that if it works for you.

Each group is capped at 20 people. The intimate community is one of the things that members love so much about this experience, so you start and end the journey together in your small group.

Do you build my system for me?

No, but you’re not on your own. I give you a solid start with my frameworks, exercises, and opportunities for personalized suggestions. You'll build in your personal Claude account, but you get access to my skills library to work from.

If you have a VIP spot, you’ll get personalized system plans to plug-in, which is basically the exact instructions to give to your Claude AI so it can help you build following my process, customized for your business.

When is the next cohort start date?

The next cohort will run August 4 - September 26.

What's the time commitment?

2–4 hours per week depending on where you're starting from. More at the front if your foundations need more work. Less in the back half once the system starts taking shape.

How are the calls structured, and what if I miss one?

3 live workshop sessions & 2 drop-in Q&As. There are 2 intentional no-call weeks. All calls are recorded so you can rewatch later or catchup if you can’t join live.

All recordings are shared. The async-only weeks are designed around that reality, so you can do the deep work on your own time. If you have questions that need a more in-depth answer, I invite you to use the video and voice options in Slack. Share your work, and I’ll support as best as possible!

What if I don't know what system I want to build yet?

That’s the whole point! By working within a group, you’ll see what others are doing and building, which means you’ll see what’s possible. In week 4, you’ll complete a diagnostic exercise and submit it to me for personalized recommendations on your next steps.

Do I need to be tech-savvy?

No. You need to be willing—I'll walk you through the practical applications of the tools we use. Depending on your comfort level with Claude or other recommendations I give, I may also suggest supplementary self-study time to get a better understanding of the platforms themselves. My teaching focuses on how to apply these tools to specific use cases, not which buttons to press.
