All meetings are hosted on Zoom (but scheduled via Dubsado).
We save on meetings and email stress by sending Looms for all the things: Client consulting, team to-dos/SOPs, and more. We also use Loom to record videos for The Biz Bar and our marketing as needed.
Voxer is a walkie-talkie style voice app that the team uses to chat about things that are more urgent or in-depth than can be discussed via ClickUp comments on a specific task.

Dubsado collects invoices, but my bookkeeper manages all the numbers inside QBO, so she can access everything remotely. My accountant also pops in here to file year-end.
Think of ThriveCart like your virtual cashier. It's great for digital products, funnels, and more. I chose it specifically because it can calculate sales tax at the checkout based on the customer's location.
Dubsado and The Biz Bar are integrated with Stripe, so payments are sent directly to my business account when clients and customers pay via credit or debit.
