As a personal brand strategist, I see business owners struggle with their business for all sorts of reasons. One of the biggest challenges? Creating a brand that not only feels legit, but feels in alignment with who they are, their vision, and what they want to put out in the world.
But first let’s clarify what I mean by “personal brand.” If you’re new to this whole business and branding world, a personal brand is essentially the decision to make you, the founder or solopreneur the face of the business—regardless of how big the business grows.
My brand is a good example of this. At the time of writing this blog post, there’s a team of people helping behind the scenes both on client deliverables (multiple writers, an editor, and my assistant) and to support the business itself (designer, bookkeeper, etc.). But on the outside, my face is on the website and my name is the business name.
A personal brand isn’t better or worse than choosing to brand your business as an entity separate from you: It’s just a decision you need to make.

Adding in this extra stuff helps fill in the gaps—it’s where the real value comes from. I dig into their business as part coach and part CMO depending on what they need the most from me. And what they need depends on where they are in their business.
All this work is how we’re able to create magic with clients.

So how does it work?
I can’t spill all my secrets, 😏 but here’s a basic idea of how things go down!
Step 1: If you like what you see from the Studio, fill out the contact form to start the conversation. We’ll follow up with more information specific to you, and can find a time to hop on a call. A call is absolutely mandatory! It’s so important that we click.
Step 2: If we’re aligned, you’ll receive a custom proposal for the services that are a best fit for you. From here on out, we try to make everything super easy for you!
Step 3: Onboard as a new client—yay! You’ll have some homework so me and the team can get to know you. We’ll schedule a kick-off call to dig into you and your business, set some goals for our time together, and map out the plan. The specifics of our work will be based on your personal agreement.
Anyone who works with us in the done-for-you studio will have consultations and mentorship with me personally included in your agreement. So your experience will be extremely catered to what you need!
Our clients clock some pretty big wins. (This may make us sound a bit like a proud parent, but we’ll take the risk.)

Writing this is really hard… Since starting to work with Jill 18 months ago, I’ve barely had to write a thing (and it’s pretty freaking great!).
